Jordan’s journey began with a foundation steeped in Christian values, shaping his desire to lead a life of purpose and autonomy. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident early on, fueled by a strong aversion to being told what to do. For eight years, Jordan honed his plumbing skills at Roto-Rooter, finding a mentor in a manager who helped elevate his abilities. However, the corporate changes and lack of consideration for personal lives prompted Jordan to envision a different path.

After enduring four buyouts and numerous corporate shifts, Jordan’s determination to establish a business rooted in family time and respect for personal lives intensified. The grueling hours, from 6 am to 11 pm, inspired him to seek a change. Moving on from Roto-Rooter, Jordan joined Canyon State, all the while harboring the intention of launching his own plumbing company.

Sadie, a pillar of support throughout this journey, witnessed Jordan’s unwavering confidence as he navigated a commission-based career. Despite her initial uncertainty, Sadie embraced Jordan’s vision and resilience. The couple faced challenges together, including a health scare with their daughter Raemi during the COVID-19 pandemic. Trusting Jordan and God, Sadie played a crucial role in their family’s journey, moving from commission to hourly work for stability and eventually choosing to stay at home with their two daughters.

The turning point came when Canyon State underwent another buyout. Jordan decided to take the plunge, passing his plumbing license test after six months of studying and moonlighting. A strategic approach to minimizing expenses allowed them to purchase a home in Surprise. With unwavering faith and trust in God, Jordan left his corporate job in August 2021.

As they embarked on this new chapter, Jordan and Sadie found solace in a church community that nurtured their spiritual growth. They discovered a renewed sense of purpose, not just in their business but in serving others. Answering the call to serve, Jordan and Sadie became actively involved in their home church. Their commitment to Christ and community led to a thriving business, marked by blessings and opportunities to support others.

Looking ahead, Jordan and Sadie envision a future where their faith, family, and business intertwine seamlessly. Sadie’s role as the director of the kids’ ministry and Jordan’s role as an elementary kids’ teacher reflect their commitment to nurturing the spiritual growth of young minds. Inspired by Christ’s guidance, they plan to establish a non-profit organization for the ministry, aiming to impact elementary to college-aged kids.

Our vision extends beyond plumbing; Jordan aspires to become a business coach for Christian business owners, supporting and guiding them on their entrepreneurial journeys. Their ultimate goal is to raise a family that follows Christ, leading by example and instilling in their children the importance of helping those in need. As they navigate this path, Jordan and Sadie trust that God will continue to shape their journey and open doors to opportunities that align with His purpose.
